Our Philosophy:

Since its inception in 2020, Prism Wellness has maintained a commitment to ethical, intentional growth. We have evolved into a collective of trauma-informed therapists dedicated to high-quality clinical care, alongside an administrative team deeply attuned to the significance of mental health in every client interaction. We believe a practice is only as strong as its people, and we deeply value the individuals who place their trust in us.

At the core of Prism Wellness is authenticity. As an owner, I value myself as a human first, and I extend that same respect to every person who works with me. We value people as humans above roles or titles and strive to create a workplace grounded in mutual respect, flexibility, and understanding. Adaptability, openness to change, and positive engagement with others are essential to both our culture and our continued growth.

We prioritize the well-being of our team and intentionally foster meaningful connections within our workplace. Collaboration is essential; whether through team meetings, stepping into a colleague’s office to debrief a challenging or rewarding session, or partnering with other providers in our community.

We seek individuals who value collaboration, embrace ongoing learning, and have engaged in introspective work to understand their personal strengths and shadows. If you are passionate about being part of a supportive, authentic team, eager to deepen your knowledge, and committed to personal and professional growth, we encourage you to connect with us to see if we’d be a good fit for each other.
